EGFP circRNA is a reporter mRNA that can be used as an experimental control to study transfection and expression in mammalian cells by various fluorescence-based methods. After cells are transfected by EGFP circRNA, they can express EGFP (enhanced green fluorescent protein). EGFP protein is a common reporter molecule that emits strong and bright green fluorescence when excited, and its maximum excitation/emission wavelengths are 488 nm/509 nm, respectively.
This product is the high-purity circular mRNA molecules produced after circularization and purification, and is resistant to RNaseR digestion. The circular mRNA product has stronger stability than linear mRNA, and presents more durable protein expression than linear mRNA in mammalian cells after transfection.
